It got by me. October 6 was the tenth anniversary of this blog... 775,000 page views, whatever such are.
Guess I should have have been more prevenient... had something special to post. But I don't... and I'm out of bullets. Over the past week or two when a story line has come to mind, it seems that in some fashion I have already written it... and I promised myself years ago I would never write formulaic or repetitive stuff.
So hopefully you all have enjoyed the past ten years. And hopefully this demented mind will come up with something before the twentieth anniversary.

Had no idea it had been ten years - but you have been prolific. Happy anniversary.
There are so many avenues you could explore... I was looking at the cuckold and cuckoldress story for example, I was a big fan. There are scenes and implications you could have flushed out there which in doing would open new plot lines or sexy scenarios.
Repeating something but with a different angle or taking one of those routes might lead to something new, or, if it isn't new, it will still be different and entertaining to your readers.
Here's to your excellent writing.

Thank you for the kind words. And I agree, with the introduction of each story line character there is the opportunity... sometimes missed... sometimes fleshed out... to tell his or her life story.
Two constraints come into play. One is a frailty of mine... that is to bring the main story to a close and get it out to the readers. The other is the practical element of size. Readers seem to have interest in monographs and not long all encompassing stories delving into the many, many aspects of D/s relationships.
Whereas I am given to 'salt' some stories with differing genres... e.g. homosexual interplay in an otherwise straight theme... most readers want a more pure theme... categorized so to speak... 'bondage', 'CBT', 'corporal', 'pony play', etc.
When I wrote 'Ship of Remorse' Pink Flamingo had no idea how to categorize the book. It's a marketing problem, I understand, but still must be addressed to bring the book to the readers.
